Car Accident resulting in death
Mr. McKenney was with us every step of the way when my parents were in a head on collision. He kept in contact, replied to all my questions in a timely manner. He never stopped until the issue was completely resolved. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent Criminal Defense Attorney
Attorney William ‘Bill’ J. McKenney represented me in Fulton County Superior Court, December 2016 as I was wrongfully charged with (5) Felonies and (2) Misdemeanor offenses.
Attorney Bill believed I was innocent and went to war on my behalf as he constantly assured me during my trial that he will put forth his best effort to defend me.
Even though the jury chose to convict me for 4 out of the 7 charges, Attorney Bill continued to fight for me during sentencing as he managed to convince the Judge to place my sentencing under the First Offenders Act while arguing the fact that the State had not proven any wrongful doings of his client, referring to myself.
Attorney Bill continued his fight for justice on my behalf when he filed a motion to the court, requesting that I be allowed to not began serving the sentence but instead be allowed to obtain an Appeal Bond while informing the court not only had the State failed in establishing wrongful actions on my part, he argued that my case is a First Impression which automatically warrants an Appeal.
Against the numerous arguments of the State, the Judge honored the request of Attorney Bill and due to his legal representation which was magnificent, his defense resulted with his client (myself) remaining a free man and the strong defense of Attorney Bill has created the ground work to convince the Georgia Court of Appeals of reversing my conviction.
I am well pleased with the legal representation I received from Bill and I consider him as a friend and I also highly recommend anyone who needs a Criminal Defense Attorney to please obtain the legal representation of Attorney William ‘Bill’ J. McKenney who loves to be referred to as Bill.

Mr. McKenney made me feel confident
William McKenney’s reputation in Atlanta (and the surrounding suburbs) is one of most respected and well deserved.
Well versed in the law and what it takes to maneuver through the winding and confusing legal process, Bill was able to explain to me everything he was going to do (and did) for me as my hired defense lawyer. My case was complicated and a lot of wheels had to spin at the same time to get my to a desired outcome. He and his office were quick to return calls and had the answers to every question I could throw at them.
I’ve since had another need for a lawyer on a separate incident and it was not even considered to reach out to another person other than McKenney. Thank you Bill!

Medical Malpractice
William “Bill” McKenney and David Kupsky represented me in a medical malpractice case. They worked long and hard hours to make sure they presented my case effectively. I don’t know where I would be without their help.
