This company is great! They installed AC unit last year and it has worked great. They proactively call you and check on your system. If you become a member they come out twice a year and check the unit. James Booth came out today and did a great inspection job of both our units and did a great job of explaining what preventative work we needed. I highly recommend them!

It is awesome to know in this day and age there is a company that has hired compassionate professionals to work in your home and businesses. For the past 10+ years I have used Total for the installation and upkeep of my home heating/air conditioning and all my electrical and plumbing work. They have always been very professional. Recently, I have had issues with my old water heater and attic fan. My technician, Clay went above and beyond. While he was originally scheduled to come service my heat/air, he was able to take care of the water heater and fans as well. As usual I am happy and grateful for their perfect work. Thank you Total.

Great experience with Total HVAC. My AC went completely out on a 95-degree day and they were the only company I called who was able to come out the same day and fix it. Keisha, who answered the call, was empathetic, kind and super helpful. She kept me updated throughout the morning, and Clay, the technician, was right on time. He was very professional and fixed the problem in an hour. Price was fair. Thanks for the saving the day!
