I would like to say thank you to Royal Furniture on Lamar Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee. The staff there is amazing. They were very helpful and treated me like family. My bill has been paid off now but there was never a time that I went in to buy something or pay on my bill and the store employees weren’t professional and welcoming. From the initial viewing of furniture to the payoff date…..they were great. I had a chance to visit other stores to pay my bill and there customer service did not compare to Lamar. Thanks for all of you guys help and keep up the great work.

I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of various pieces of furniture from Royal. Every person from the sales people to delivery people would be given 5 stars by me. My husband also purchased furniture at Royal. He would say the same. 5 out of 5.
We have long since payed our accounts off. The furniture we purchased is still in nice condition, even with 2 rambunctious grandsons spending summers with us. If you want quality after the sale too. Go check out Royal Furniture.

I really like shopping with Royal and the sale staff was AWESOME!!! But I was being charged for furniture that was never received and being reported on my credit report as no payment. This wasn’t good but a administrative worker of the billing department resolved the problem. Thank you. I will continue to shop with Royal Furniture but I recommend you follow up with your purchase.

Bill in Trussville was very helpful with what I needed to get. He also knew a lot which helped me make a decision. They have some great furniture and I do plan on going back for more.
