PSH did a amazing job cleaning my carpet after a big name company failed to do it. He lifted stains that were obviously sitting on the carpet for a long time, left by previous tenants. Dog pee and high traffic stains for example. I thought the carpet would need to be ripped out. The carpet now looks brand new! My kids rooms look fantastic! I highly recommend PSH!

I was in a total panic when I found a big patch of black lubricant on my new carpet, in a very visible position. The dog must have rubbed up against the garage door and had promptly gone back to have his usual post breakfast siesta on the carpet. I called PSH, and Frank was very reassuring over the phone, and came by the house within a couple of hours. The stain (which looked indelible to me) was carefully removed and the carpet soon looked as good as new again. I was blown away and so very thrilled. Frank is personable and knowledgeable and shared product deals for removing other stains in the house. All in all, a very satisfying experience. Great customer service.

PSH cleaned my daughter’s braided rug. It is a mixture of pinks, greens, and yellows-all light colors- and had several years worth of stains from the time she was a baby. They did such a great job, it looks brand new again, and they coated it with a protectant so it won’t stain so easily. Everyone at PSH was courteous and made me feel appreciated as a customer. I would definitely use them again.
