Precision Door is the best company to have repair your garage door! They have very courteous and efficient staff members. Two of the employees stand out the most to me, however. Carrie, who works in the office and Ben, one of the technicians. Carrie was fantastic when it came to setting up our appointment and even gave us a call after the repairs were done to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Ben completed the work quickly and didn’t try and sell us parts and repair work that we didn’t need. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of this company.

Easy to schedule. Service Guy was friendly, helpful, and didn’t try to up charge me for fixes my garage door didn’t need. Would recommend!!

Wow! This was one of the best experiences of my 70-year-old consumer life! I had a problem when the motor stopped working on my 15-year-old garage door. Technician Aaron Stewart arrived early, assessed the situation with a thorough assessment not just of the motor but the whole door, then presented me with a series of options from minor tinkering to a thorough renovation. He was extremely clear, informative, and pleasant, and totally honest about the pros and cons of each option. He worked with me more like a friend and ally than a salesman. Given the age of the door, I chose the more extensive renovation. The pricing was reasonable, and he completed the work—superbly—within the two hours he estimated it would take. I would never consider using or recommending anyone other than Precision for a garage door problem. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and supremely competent.

On April 3 My husband contacted Precision door about some damage to our lower garage door. WE asked for Chris Tucker. Chris looked over the damage and gave me the options he felt might work. We decided to replace the entire lower panel. Since Chris was the tech who replaced the entire door around a year ago. He was back on Thursday to replace the panel. Again, Excellent work. Fit like a glove. Chris is not only a Great tech and installer for Precision Door, He is also a great person. Would not hesitate to call on Precision Door or Chris for any future problems. Thanks again Chris. GREAT JOB.

Called on Thursday afternoon they were here Friday morning to fix broken springs .very professional young man that did the work he was in and out and got the job done .would recommend their service and would use again if needed.
