Exceeding expectations and offering an outstanding customer experience was the philosophy W. Herman Weaver demanded of himself when he started the W.H. Weaver Construction Company in Greensboro NC back in 1939. His point of view was that if he can achieve those goals, then quite possibly he could make it in America’s competitive residential construction industry long-term. In the 80 years since that day, with operations across North Carolina, Tennessee and southwest Virginia, that same philosophy carries the Weaver Investment Company now.
Helping our neighbors construct the home of their dreams, which included superior replacement windows and doors, has produced enormous growth for Weaver and jobs in the local Memphis community. In the early 1950’s, the company varied its service offerings to incorporate commercial and industrial building products. By the 1960s, the demand for Weaver’s service had grown the sales territory of the company to six southeastern states.

During this time of expansion, Herman’s son Michael began working in the family business. Soon after, the Weaver Company extended its services into real estate development, investment and brokerage service, and syndication. Because of this business model change, the company name was formally changed to the Weaver Investment Company.

The residential construction side of Weaver began its association with Pella Windows and Doors in 2002. Similar to Weaver, Pella Windows and Doors believes in providing superior quality products matched with expert installation and service since 1925.

I’ve had Pella windows and doors installed in stages in my home. Each time I’ve had the same installer. The installer and sales personnel are always pleasant to work with and I am extremely pleased with the product.

I’m cool with product. The estimator knew what he was talking about, was actually helpful in the decision making process and did not try to upsale or pressure the sale. Got a deal with a one year interest free loan. Installers were on time and completed the job to my expectations. Good job cleaning up after cutting a major hole in the side of my house. New double windows on 2nd story…. in and out …. one day.

I highly recommend this company for any door or window needs you might have. Their customer service is exemplary and they are not only quick to respond for a quote but the level of quality is extremely high. I was very impressed with their assistance choosing the right replacement door for our home and was surprised at how quickly the door was manufactured, delivered and installed. Our Pella windows purchase has been one of the best investments we’ve ever made. The entire process, from initial measurements to installation, was quick and flawless.

We had all of our cheaply made “contractor grade” windows replaced with Pella Designer Series casement windows and I can’t tell you what a difference it has made. Not only are we saving money on our utility bills but they are simply beautiful, elegant windows and we always get compliments on them.

When we decide to open the windows to enjoy the spring temperatures it is so nice to be able to pull down the retractable screen, flip a switch and crank the windows open with no effort at all.
