Co-founded in 1997 by Jimmy Stein and Shooter Stein, National Certified Alarms, Inc. identified and addressed a clear demand within the Nashville community: the need for affordable alarm monitoring services. More than 20 years after serving its first customer, NCA serves now thousands of households throughout the greater Nashville area. Their experience in security pre-dates the establishment of NCA. Jimmy Stein owned security systems back in 1974. Throughout the 70s, Jimmy’s security services gained in popularity.

I just got my system changed over to NCA Alarms, and I couldn’t be more delighted. The tech was on time, very courteous and very helpful. He did an excellent job, my new setup works perfectly. He walked me through everything on the system before he left. This change of monitoring is very good, as it is less than HALF what my old service had become. We have been using NCA for about twenty years and have always had prompt service and never experienced any issues of any kind with this company. The few times I have accidentally set off the alarm, the monitoring company called me within seconds.
