Seam Repair

Jeff came out to repair my “puppy damage”. She is always a good dog but I decided upon leaving one day to close her in the bedroom. Bad mistake. Really bad mistake. She tore the carpet up at the bottom of the door. Jeff was able to take carpet from a closet to make the repairs. He turned my disaster into ” it never happened”. Jeff, the owner of Memphis Carpet Care, does most of the work himself. He is honest, hard-working and seems extremely knowledgeable about carpet, carpet repair, methods of cleaning, stain removal, etc.. Jeff recently re-carpeted our family room and it looks wonderful. I’ve used others in the past and with the mechanical carpet stretcher and his skill in using it…there’s no comparison.

Jeff’s also easy to work with and friendly. I would highly recommend him and Memphis Carpet Repair to anyone who needs carpet cleaned, repaired or new installation
