I left the house to head out of town, stressed out that my washing machine was full of towels and wouldn’t drain. I left Jordan a message when I pulled into the airport. He called me back before I boarded my plane to Atlanta and arranged to meet my daughter. By the time I landed in Atlanta, he and his wife had been to my house and fixed it – even sending me pictures of the problem. Very professional. Very reasonable in price. I will definitely call again.

Great service, very nice people. The price for replacing my dryer thermostat was reasonable and he came out the same day I called. Would and will go back if anything else happens to my washer and dryer set.

He and his wife were extremely professional and polite. He immediately diagnosed the issue and repaired it quickly. He even took time to thoroughly vacuum out the lint and explained to me how this could be a fire hazard. Very knowledgeable !!

I contacted Jordan, the owner, on a Saturday afternoon and he promptly returned my call. My SAMSUNG front loading dryer went down and he thought it was either the heating element or the thermostat that had gone out. The store to purchase all of the spare parts was closed until Monday morning and he called me with an estimate of $162 for the parts, labor, and his service charge included first thing on Monday. Jordan works with his wife and he is retired from the Shelby County Sheriff’s office. His work was expedient, fair and ethical and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to support a local business and a husband and wife team trying to do the right thing.
