Fantastic! Called, talked to a local person, received an appointment time. Didn’t have to be a member of any club to get preferential treatment. Brent, the service tech, arrived on time, courteous and professional. Was familiar with my unit,checked the unit over thoroughly. Service fee was very reasonable.

We got estimates on a package unit that sits outside… They had a quality product and surprisingly priced. When they agreed to be there, they were there. When we had concerns, they addressed it. Alan was not happy until we were happy. They were prompt, professional and top notch. Honestly, this kind of service is uncommon anymore so we were very impressed and would recommend Infinity to anybody… Period!

They did an amazing job when I was having issues with my AC. Two other companies looked at the air conditioner and claimed that there wasn’t much they could do. After a couple weeks of frustration I decided to give Infinity a call.. the wait time was short and the service was great.

The infinity guys were patient and answered every question that I had. To my amazement, everything was fixed for much cheaper then I expected! I will never use anyone else!

I called after hours and spoke to Jimmy. I explained to him my HVAC situation and they scheduled me for the very next day. They showed up on time and quickly reviewed my equipment and gave me a quote for replacement just as I requested.

Later that day, I got a text that they would like to come back out an re-inspect my equipment. They thought that I may have been the victim of a mis-diagnosis from another leading HVAC company. Turns out that it was true and the fix was very simple.

I will also be recommending them to all my friends and family. (The ironic thing is that I actually work for the OTHER leading HVAC company.) Jimmy, Allen… your trustworthy approach to the HVAC industry has now won you a very loyal fan.
