The technicians not only listen to your particular situation, they explain what options you have available to you. These people not only work for Hiller, they work for you, the customer. They treat your property with respect and clean up before they leave. The corporation and team want you to be satisfied. Other companies, franchises and individual contractors did not live up to our hopes, if they showed up at all. My husband and I have used Hiller for water connection to the city, AC repair, toilet replacement, and complete heat/ac replacement. We have never been disappointed at all with Hiller or their people. We would not hesitate to call them for future needs. Bottom line, Hiller Makes Our Home Happy!

I called Hiller for the first time yesterday. From the time my call was answered till Scott finished the job, best professionals I’ve had work in my house. Went over and beyond what I was expecting, and the price was reasonable. I can’t say enough good thing about them. There number is now in my favorites in my phone.

I am extremely happy with the service provided. They are very professional and willing to please. You are notified by text with a picture of the person coming to do the work and are punctual as promised . I am not the easiest customer to please and they get 10 out of 10 in my book.

The gentleman who came for the service alerted me to the need for cleaning out the moisture trap (the cause of the problem). The company who put it in didn’t. And the service company who’s been here three times didn’t, and didn’t clean out the trap. That knowledge alone was worth the repair.

Tom Conley and Dustin Williams did a fantastic job with installation of the heat pump I purchased from Hiller! These 2 men were very professional courteous in every aspect of the installation.
