Charged $95 for the job. It worked fine that day, but the next night, it started doing it again. I called Derek and told him I didn’t want to make him come on that long drive again if I could help it. (He does give a 30-day return period for repairs that don’t pan out.) I asked him to walk me through checking a few things. In about 5 minutes over the phone we had gone over three things and it’s working beautifully again

He supposed immediately and was at my home with correct parts and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. He was promote and courtesy plus reasonable price for coming out on a cloudy Sunday!
