We have had Frase service for 6 months and are ready to say that they are the best security service company we have had. Our previous homes were protected by Brinks and then ADT. Brinks was horrible and ADT was decent at best. Frase answers the phone when we call for information. They call us when there is an alarm (false) and are very clear and concise with their instructions. The service people who installed the wireless system were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We never felt we were being pressured into anything and the contract was clear on out obligations and Frase’s service. We recommend Frase Protection to anyone who needs home security service in Memphis.

We chose them because they are local and have been serving the Memphis community for over 40 years. Their initial inspection was a breeze and the installation was hassle-free. Employees of Frase know what they are doing and answer the phone when called. On the off-chance that they don’t answer the phone, I can bet on the fact that they will call back within 6 hours every time. When an alarm goes off (false or real), they will call within 30 seconds. It’s incredible and affordable. I recommend Frase to anyone in the Mid-South.
