We have just installed our second system with Fifteen Alarms. Both were retrofits in older homes (which can often be complicated). They were quick to schedule the installs and great at making suggestions about safety–which gives me peace of mind since they are for my daughter. The systems both work great!

We have had a great experience. Great customer service. Most of our requests have been over the phone and they have answered them in a timely manner either that day or the next.
