I received a message from Conn’s HomePlus stating that I had been Pre-approved for $2000 or more to purchase items from the store for the holiday season. At the time I received this notice, I had no intention of buying anything new. But shortly thereafter, my laptop failed. So I went online to see what Conn’s HomePlus computers looked like. I am retired but I worked as a network administrator which means I know computers and I was pleased at the quality of the computers I saw online at the Conn’s Website. I ended up purchasing a 4k Smart TV. But I plan to go back and purchase a notebook soon.

Conn’s is a wonderful place to restart or just change out appliances and furniture. My representative Kimberly McKinney was very nice and professional . The whole staff is very friendly and the Mgr. Jeremy and his Asst. Mgr is very good at making sure the customer wishes go through and making sure the customer get what they want. I’m very happy with this company.

Great experience…The sales associate Gavin was great. He was patient and professional. The Manager Wesley explain the purchase and delivery process with the same accuracy as Gavin. Let’s just say I’ll be back and also will refer others to this location on Riverdale.
