I cannot say enough about Bill’s professionalism. He worked with me a couple of years ago when I first moved to Desoto County, MS. But due to other circumstances, I was unfortunately unable to use his services at the time. Nevertheless, I am reviewing because he goes out of his way to make sure you get exactly what you are asking, and even more out of his way to match or outright beat the competition for your business. He is A++ in my book!!

My security door was broken into I called an Bill was very helpful he came out and suggested what door I needed to get. He also made a repair to the main door so the deadbolt worked better. Came out next day to install. He was professional and made sure I was satisfied with work. He also took the time to look at back door. Will definitely recommend!!!!!

Overall
These days it is not a matter of if you are going to be the victim of crime, but when. We had an attempted break in a couple weeks ago. They kicked down our main door in the middle of the day.

After visiting their website I called Alpha Security Doors. Their owner visited our house and gave us a quote on two “storm doors”. We looked to another couple options and decided on Alpha.

He completed the work and installed the doors in a timely manner, with great attention to detail, not leaving until the doors were installed to his own satisfaction, which was even more strict than ours.

Everything was done on time, cleaned after himself, price was good, we are happy and gladly recommend this company.
