Our experience was great. They came out the same day our heat went out which we appreciated since my husband is ill. They replaced the part, when our heat went out again we called them and they came back the same day and replaced the defective part. Companies and people who take pride in their work and company are hard to find these days, I would highly recommend them.

My HVAC system was 20 years old. It was working, but on its way out. So I had time to get different bids. I got 5 bids. It seemed like everyone was trying to do the job as cheaply as possible to get my business. I understand that but I wanted it done right also. After talking with all 5 contractors I came to understand what needed to be done. Instead of just replacing the unit, I needed a split unit to heat and cool my bonus room. One contractor explained the different units and what the best units are and offered cheap, better, and best options. Air Trust made my decision simple. They offered what the other guy said was the best, for less cost than the other guys “cheap option.” You can’t beat that! I got a new main unit and a “mini-split” for my bonus room. Both areas of the house are comfortable now. I can’t say enough about Air Trust HVAC. They were done in half a day and cleaned up after themselves. If you can (you’re now freezing or burning up), get competitive bids. If you don’t have that option, trust Air Trust HVAC.
