I called 5 different contractors and roofing companies before I found Mark Spencer and his business. He was the ONLY person to actually call me back and come look at our damage the same day. And then return to make the repair. We will be using his business again.

I highly recommend Mark Spencer and Affordable Roofing to resolve your roofing issues. I had wind damage to my roof from Hurricane Harvey and Mark promptly answered my request for inspection and was on my roof within 2 days assessing the damage. He offered to meet my insurance claims adjuster onsite and assist with the insurance assessment to ensure no damage was missed or understated by the adjuster. The adjuster commended Mark on his expertise and thoroughness in his assessment and worked with Mark to complete the assessment the same day as the inspection. Mark had his roofers onsite within a week and they completed the complete roof tear off, decking repair and new roof within the same day. They thoroughly cleaned up all the mess and I didn’t find one nail or shingle in my yard! I’m a very satisfied customer and would recommend Mark and his company for any roofing needs you may have!
