If you are looking for an alarm package built around convenience, easy to use features, functionality and value to make your home safer this is the system I use and would highly recommend it.

Rep was detailed and knowledgeable. The camera was installed on Saturday and has never worked. I’m also waiting in.my second camera. He says he’s coming back with the second camera and to make sure they both work.

Unfortunately we had to give ADT a call due to increased crime in our neighborhood.
Alex, the ADT tech, provided us with plenty of suggestions of security options and did not try to sell us things we did not need or want. He took his time to explain everything and did not seem hurried at all

Your representative was very prompt. Dan was very knowledgeable about all security products available. He suggested areas of coverage that we had not considered. He did a thorough walk through our home. I, many years ago, had worked for a very reputable security company in Ft. Worth, TX , therefore I was aware of a lot of the security basics. This young man surpassed any and all of my expectations! He was very detailed oriented and when asked, very truthful about costs and coverage. I would and will definitely toot my horn,so to speak about the quality and efficiency of your Company. I feel so much more at ease and secure since I’ve lived out in the country since moving to TN.
