If you want great service and furniture go to the store in Carson on S Carson St. Jessica is perfect and will make sure you get just the right thing and the delivery guys are out of this world. I rented from Aaron’s many times. I paid off 3 laptops here and other things as well I’m sure. This last time I rented from the one in Scottsboro Alabama. I got a great deal on a HP laptop on sale that I could have paid out in 6 months! Everyone here is super nice and helpful. When my payment comes due I always rely on the friendly reminder as I never remember my due date lol. But they always call and are super friendly no matter it I have to make additional arrangements or not. When I call to check on other products they are also super nice and extremely helpful. However I walked into the one in Fort Payne Alabama one day and I was not greeted, no one offered to help me and the person in front was on the phone the whole 30 minutes I was there looking for my mom and dad a couch. We wound up purchasing one from Big lots. No complaints with the Scottsboro location but Fort Payne needs help!

I have been with Aarons for a very long time in Gadsden Al. The staff are friendly and nice. Mike is my favorite, but any of them will go out of their way to help. Even the delivery guys have always been nice and professional with delivery’s. I would give the Gadsden store a 10 if I could.

Me and my family have been loyal customers for a few years now and everything we have still works just fine, the store we deal with is in Jefferson city mo, and the guys are pretty cool, never really had a problem with anyone working there. They are very reasonable and understanding and they will work with you on all levels. Thanks guys
