Upon retiring from one of the world’s largest appliance service provider, Tom and Larry started APlus. Their goal was to provide high-quality service with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Shortly, John joined the company. John’s experience was also with a large appliance service corporation.

After the company had been operating for several years, Chris joined because of the company’s reputation for excellent customer service and satisfaction. The company continues to be very proud of its reputation in the community for reliability and commitment to our customer service and satisfaction

I recently needed the control panel on my oven/stove replaced. I made the appointment, they ordered the part, and the tech was on time and able to get everything fixed in under a half hour. I had to pay a more for the part than I would have liked (I found the same part $50 cheaper online), otherwise I would be leaving five stars. I would recommend A Plus and will be using them in the future

These guys are now my go-to! Our tech, Jim, was outstanding. Super nice, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Treated our home as if it was his. Don’t hesitate to call these guys… will be referring them to all my friends!

Incredible service! I drove there at 8:30am rather than call. They took the information down about my dryer situation (no longer heating). They said they come come now if the time was good for me. It was perfect! Jerald replaced the heating element in my Samsung dryer quickly. He is extremely professional and polite. I would highly recommend them for appliance repair
