What a great company! Our A/C stopped working on one of the hottest days so far here in Birmingham. I hear their radio advertisement multiple times a day so we decided to contact them. It is a Saturday and Tim was out here within 3 hours!! He was fantastic and we will certainly be repeat customers!
I reached out to Xcalibur Services to get my HVAC system replaced. Isaac came out and checked our system. He was very polite and professional. He talked me through all of our options including pictures of what all he found. After deciding to just replace the system, we picked the option that was best for me and got the installment scheduled immediately. Two days later Tyler and Keith came out to install my new system. They were both very polite, timely, and professional. After installing the outdoor and indoor system, they walked me through how to use the new system and connected my new thermostat to my WiFi and phone. I had a great experience with every one I spoke with and encountered from Xcalibur Services and I will be using them in the future.

I’ve had two other techs from other companies come out and tried to fix something that wasn’t broken for outlandish pricing. Mr. Price came out, directly addressed the issue, and charged me at a rate that was beyond reasonable. 6/5 stars the radio ads were not kidding.
