Watts Realty has been a bright light in the Property Management industry in Birmingham. We use Watts to manage our family-owned rental property business. They have done an excellent job and taken all the hassle out of process for us. Houses are well-maintained. They stay rented and when a tenant does leave, Watts finds renters quickly. Plus they’ve done an excellent job of managing the finances of the business.

As an owner of Multiple Rentals in the Birmingham area, I have found the Watts Team to be extraordinary in how they are handling our Properties.
After talking to other property owners that they represent, we switched to Watts from a less than satisfactory property management company in the Area. They have been assisting us for 6 months now and have provided solutions and subcontractors to bring up our properties up to proper rental standards. They have also assisted in bringing more responsible paying tenants in to Rent our Homes.
