My appt time was between 8 and 12. Nathan contacted me when he was an hour out and was here when he said he would be. He was very professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made sure the cameras were placed where I feel very secure. The 5 star rating is for Nathan. As for the system itself, at this point it has only been installed for a half an hour so I feel it is a little premature but with the setup, alerts, camera’s picture and accessibility thru my phone I feel comfortable with giving it 5 stars, but will update on that in a few days. (Specially when I receive a few packages
