Mary Michael was our sales person & Jason delivered to us; awesome experience for both purchase & delivery. Mary Michael was helpful & informative when we were at the store. I was trying to decide on a Lazy Boy as a Father’s Day gift. I didn’t decide that day & got busy out of town for work. It was the middle of the week when I realized I was going to miss Father’s Day. Mary Michael helped me over the phone & even made time on her day off to complete the purchase & arrange delivery for Friday. I was trying to make it a surprise & needed delivery after noon. Jason, the delivery person, called to let me know they were on the way. My husband was meeting me out of town & I was trying to get him out of the house. Jason waited until he saw my husband leave to deliver the lazy boy. He was very nice & helpful while my daughter told them where to set it up.
