Had a unit go down on Saturday night memorial day weekend and reached out to see if I might be able to get someone to come out before Tuesday. Company called me back at 10:15 pm and scheduled a technician to come check it out Sunday. Tech was very professional and thorough, as well as quick. I am very pleased to say they had us up and running in no time and for a very reasonable price (especially for a holiday weekend breakdown call)

I had recently signed up for their Home Comfort Club and it just so happened when the scheduled appointment time arrived my upper system had stopped cooling.
Brandon Mathis did a great job finding the problem quickly and repairing it during that visit.
It wasn’t expensive with the Club discount and I’d highly recommend Brandon to anyone needing work done.
