Dr. Engerson was very knowledgeable and friendly. I liked the way that he
actually listened to me and what I said was wrong with me.
He didn’t guess or come up with his own opinion. Dr. Engerson was very thorough. He researched my problem first and then made a diagnosis and plan for treatment that both of us agreed on.

Dr swigler was very patient and through. He graciously fit us into his schedule as my daughter was originally scheduled for another doctor and needed to be seen by a hand specialist. All the staff was very nice from check in to check out. We did not have to wait very long considering how busy this office is. Everything from start to finish went very smoothly for us in this very stressful time.

I did have to wait awhile and was told that he was not very friendly but I found that was not the case at all. He had lots of other patients but yet I didn’t feel rushed. He apologized for my wait time. For a busy doctor to even acknowledge that made me feel that he was cognizant of the value also of his patients time. Myself being a healthcare worker in the past I always watch how a doctor speaks to other staff members and honestly he was very professional and respectful of his staff, myself as a new patient and others around him. Would definitely recommend him to others if they asked me if I know a good orthopedic doctor.

It was my first visit to see Dr. Rachel. I hurt my wrist 4 weeks ago and finally broke down to see a doctor. Dr. Rachel has an easy, relaxing demeanor, and I loved it! He was thorough giving me info that would help me and prevent another visit to him. I could tell he was honest, straightforward, very knowledgeable, and interested in helping his patients – not asking them to return unless necessary (as in my case). I had broken my wrist 4 weeks ago and he assured me that the worst was already over. He took time to share everything with me and explain thoroughly my problems, the pain, what would happen to my wrist over the next 4-6 weeks .He said instead of coming back to see him for my wrist, I should see a doctor to get a bone scan – his office even set it up for me.
I truly respect Dr.Rachel because he seemed intent on putting my health on the top shelf over a needless visit and helping me get preventative care to keep me ‘bone’ healthy.
The greatest compliment to give him is that I will recommend him to my friends and family. They will listen because I rarely recommend doctors to anyone – though I have great ones.
The staff was great, wait time was short and I was surprised to get out so soon.
