If I could give 10 stars, I would! Brad and his team helped us navigate the challenges of a messy DHR and child custody case as we fought to get custody of a family member’s newborn that was taken into the system by DHR 2 days after her birth. We were struggling to find a lawyer that could take our case in our county because there were so many parties involved. He was truly a Godsend, an answer to my prayers. I found Brad’s information online and Brandy was quickly able to put my mind at ease about our chances to get the baby. If your case involves DHR, this is the team for the job! Very professional, prompt, supportive, and knowledgeable.
Brad and his team have been there to guide us through the ins and outs of a system we had no knowledge about how to navigate. I feared it may take many months or we may never get her at all, but in only 4 months time, Brad helped us get full custody of the baby. We are so grateful for all he and his team did to help our family! There will never be enough words to say how wonderful they are! Brad did an amazing job and his team taking care of my husband’s case…he was wrongly accused of doing something and he really got on his case immediately to make sure my husband was able to come home and never was found guilty…we went to court and it was pretty much dismissed…no court costs or anything…they did an amazing job on this from day one…they will work on your case until they get it resolved…they don’t just leave you hanging…they email you and call you right back so if your looking for a lawyer that puts his time into you and your family…this is the right one and he isn’t that badly priced either…his whole team is amazing….there is nothing I can say bad about this law firm…again if you need something done and done right you are looking in the right place…

These people are a blessing! Brandy made the process so easy! She was so personal and showed genuine concern in the issues I was having. I was an emotional hot mess until they gave me an amazing sense of peace. Mr. Latta not only was professional, but always responded to emails quickly and efficiently! I understand why he is called the DHR killer! When he pushed, they quickly got it together. He answered all my questions without judgement or irritation. It was nice that he always made sure I fully understood everything going on. You’d be crazy not to use them!
