Superior Service Electric is proud to be Birmingham’s trusted electrician. Our company was officially established in 2014 but we have 40 years of experience performing electrical work and managing other businesses. We decided to step out on our own to provide more services and meet the need for superior customer service. Our highest priority at Superior Service Electric is for our Birmingham customer to be happy and safe.

I have always been pleased with visits from Superior Service Electric and their most recent visit was no exception! It all begins when speaking with Carissa to set up the date, time and details needed. She is always pleasant and well organized, insuring the visit will be successful. The lead technician, Dylan, is knowable and always helpful, explaining details in a way non-electricians (like me) can easily understand. The second technician, Colby, was very helpful and also worked independently to help finish the service call quickly and correctly. As a team, they worked perfectly together.

The techs were very polite and done a great job I would highly recommend this company they are awesome from the lady answering the phone to the guys doing the work very professional and I highly recommend them for any job please if you have any electrical job please give them a chance the service and everyone was very nice from the receptionist to the technicians has been very professional and kind.

Technician Noah was very knowledgeable. Quickly Diagnosed and corrected the problem. Completed service and took about 15 minutes to clean up afterwards, Left everything spotless great job great work warm and pleasant attitude will highly recommend to others. Thank you for a job well done!!! The other technician who was with him was great as well.
