One of the best appointments I’ve ever had. Scheduled for an eye exam but I was told that my prescription was still good. I still needed glasses and contacts and Brittany was super helpful with everything. She gave me really good recommendations to fit my needs for a better pair of glasses than the ones I had before. I have a pretty rough prescription so a lot of the times my glasses tend to be super thickkk. I was fully expecting to walk out of there paying over 1k but instead the amount was less than 500 for two pairs of glasses and 6 months worth of contacts. Which to me is a great deal considering all the issues I have with my eyeballs I’ve been to other places and they didn’t help me like Brittany did. I’ve spent well over 1k at other stores but never again. I 100% recommend this store. I will be back.

The general manager is the one who helped me. He was polite, friendly, and professional. He made sure everyone who came in was greeted. He provided top tier customer service.
