THE BEST ER eveeeer. . ! We choose this er becouse my step dougther had good experience with it lest than a mont ago.i hear they so quick,no line at er, n so pro.I went to er this morning becouse had bad allergies reaction & alot hives. Well that was 6 minute waiting n they call me.the nurse so nice, and gentle, everyone give me alot attention & quick respons.dr. vanderheyden thomas & team so pro and quick, n nice.they give me benedryl & steroid shoot & iv. Which is works fast. I can’t get this shoots if i go to any urgent care. And last time i took my husband had dk, we went to providence er we had to wait 6 hours in line.even he almost past out n keep vomit around 20 times. This er hospital like trasure place without the line.i definitely will looking back even i dont want sick again.i dont know why peoples writing some bad reviews in here, but hi im very disagree. Health its very very valuable ! When you hurting, or so sick, you want to do anything get anything to feel better. Appreciate any help you can get from hand medical potition. God bless docter & team. Went to the er spring hill turn up become the righ call !!!

I had heart surgery and bypass from the time I entered until I left, I was well taken care of. Doctors, nurses, staff were so friendly and helpful they were checking on me all the time. I am in the cancer center now, radiation treatments 5 days a week. The most efficient and friendly staff you will ever have.

Have you ever had a wonderful experience in the ER? Well, I have! We walked in at 8 am and were taken to the back to speak with a nurse in about 5 minutes. Immediately I could tell they were professional and friendly. Dr Cartmill was in charge and he attended to us fast. He was clear, kind and patient. The attending nurse Heather was a delight. She was up for any task, and we really threw an unusual one at her. My Primary Care Physician, Dr Soter-Pearsall, and Dr Rodriguez from Digestive Health Specialists both checked in on me. I was prescribed a very unusual treatment that had to whipped up by hand in the Nutrition Dept, but they were undaunted! With smiles and kindness all around, they found a solution quickly and effectively to an issue plaguing me for weeks…using old fashioned remedies! Kudos to Dr Rodriguez, Dr Soter-Pearsoll, and especially the patient, kind gentleman attendant whose name I did not catch (my apologies), Nurse Heather (bless your heart!!), and Dr. Cartmill! I hopefully will NOT be back, but if I am, I’ll know I’m in excellent hands. Thank you all!!! And God bless you.
