My review for my latest visit follows.
Chase explained everything he was going to do and why. He listened attentively to my comments and questions. He proficiently did what he said he would do. He asked if I had any further questions before he let me go. As before, all of the staff members were friendly and proficient.

Every single staff person we encountered was relaxed, friendly, efficient, and kind. It was our first medical appointment with Dr. Ricks. He was wonderful! I am not usually this much of a fan of medical practices, but this experience was of a different caliber. Thank you! MDE

My daughter recently had an elbow injury from cheerleading. The walk-in clinic at SportsMed was great. She was in and out in just over an hour from the time we signed in until the time we walked out the door. The NP that she saw was great and took time to make sure that all our concerns were addressed. If you have an ortho injury and it is not an obvious fracture or dislocation, go here instead of the ER. Much faster, even without an appointment, and you don’t have to wait in the ER with people that are having medical emergencies that will take priority over your injury. The ER docs will likely send you to ortho anyway. Thank you SportsMed!

Dr. Ricks performed the Iovera on me prior to a total knee replacement and my knee & upper thigh are very numb & hoping this will help lessen the pain of surgery.
