We just finished a major renovation with a complete kitchen and living room
remodel/gut and an addition of master suite. We also relocated our laundry room from downstairs to upstairs. Johnny and Owen were nothing but professional. They always kept in touch with us throughout the entire project. Anytime we had questions or concerns, they were always there to answer or fix any issues we may have had. We have been back at our house now for 2 weeks, and I could not be happier with the work that was done!

SouthFace was an excellent company to use for our total renovation of our townhome. To start, it’s a small company and this means the entire team is responsive and great To communicate with. From first phone call—Anders was extremely helpful and proactive setting up our first in-home consultation and getting us booked to fit our desired timeline. Both Johnny and Owen came by the house with their team almost right away to get the ball rolling. Owen was an excellent project manager, and was always checking in on the subcontractors and making sure work was done on time and appropriately. Even better, We stayed both on budget and on time to completion! Owen was extremely responsive to any construction issues or setbacks as they popped up. We are obsessed with how our new kitchen, family room, and renovated bathrooms turned out. We will definitely use SouthFace again if we need any remodeling in any future homes or properties in the area.

We had a total kitchen renovation by Southface and could not be happier with the result! The communication throughout the project was incredible as we were notified daily when to expect crews and what they would be doing. Owen was very professional and stopped by regularly to oversee the work and give updates.
All of the workers were respectful of property and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would recommend Southface to anyone no matter the size of the project.
