I had an emergency electrical need requiring VERY short notice before leaving town the next day. Desperately calling companies only to be told the best they could do would be a week out, I gave Southeastern Electrical a call. My call was answered immediately by one of their Supervisors, Dylan with a friendly voice (not a recording like the others) listening carefully to my situation and promising a call/text back as soon as he could get the status on where his team was on other jobs. Just as promised, I received a text shortly thereafter offering next day service (at the worst). Although, I was thankful for that very prompt appointment, I explained that if any way possible, I needed help sooner (as in today). Within just a very short while, I was called back by Dylan telling me to listen out for a call from his little brother, Branson because he would be finishing up a job in about an hour and would then be available to help me. Again, just as promised, I received a call from Branson letting me know he could be at my house in about 2 hours. I was thrilled. Honestly, I knew it would be a long shot hoping to get same day service on a SUNDAY, nonetheless, but Southeastern Electrical MADE IT HAPPEN! Branson communicated fantastically with me, arrived on time as promised, and he and the other gentleman with him were so kind and professional! Within 5 minutes of being there, Branson had diagnosed my problem and had it fixed within 20 minutes. Talk about service! I received extremely prompt, compassionate to my needs, highly professional and friendly service at a very fair cost… the same day I called…on a WEEKEND! That kind of service is almost unheard of in this day and age. If you’re looking for an electrician/ electrical contractor, look no further! Southeastern Electrical is full of integrity and delivers on their word! Thank you Southeastern Electrical Contractors! JOB WELL DONE!

I had a particular electrical issue and Greg sent a technician out who was able to review and tell me exactly what had to be done. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. Greg came out quickly and assessed the damage within the hour. He helped me file a claim with Alabama Power and charged nothing for the service call. Very quick, efficient and friendly service.
