This the second time we have used Servpro of Phenix City and Opelika. Susan is always great, Sam is remarkable and Paxton, Edwin and Matt were very helpful. I will always ask for this office for any remediation needs. They communicate and give heads up when enroute and answer all questions.

I woke up to find a water leak coming from a bad pipe in my foundation causing my hardwood floors to get wet.
My friends have similar issues and recommended specifically this location of Servpro. I have been very pleased with the professional Sam who has assessed the situation and has clearly explained a plan to get things back to normal and contact him with any concerns.
This restoration is no easy task and requires board removal, replacement and refinishing.
Matt and TJ both professional and friendly removed the baseboards yesterday and have the mitigation machines going full steam.
At this point I am very pleased with this company and feeling confident that they will be able to put it back as it was.

The ServPro Crew today was excellent and very thorough! TJ kept me informed on everything that was going on. The crew: TJ, Edwin, Sam S., Dennis and Barry worked swiftly to remove the flooring and strategically place the dehumidifiers where they needed to go!
