SERVEPRO continues to make me happy that I chose them. Their services and response time prevented more water damage. Today, their packing team was excellent. Attention to detail, skills, communication, and courtesy are exceptional… update: the work is complete, and my furniture was moved back in. The recovery was excellent, the home was immaculately after the clean team was done, now my furniture is back in the home. The move team was great! No damaged furniture whatsoever. I couldn’t have asked for better service! One important detail.: My insurance company and Servpro was in constant contact, coordinating the effort and costs. All was covered. We are grateful to have found such an experienced and professional company… thank you
