I had some off-and-on issues with my 20-year-old GE refrigerator. Scheduling with Serenity was easy, and they were good about appointment reminders and arrival times. Kyle was professional, friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable. He inspected my unit, confirmed its working status, and advised me on parts availability, longevity strategies, and replacement options. He clearly knew what he was talking about. I would definitely call him again if my refrigerator or other appliances had issues.

Kyle and Serenity Appliance are the absolute BEST. He has worked on multiple appliances for my house with a thorough, correct and efficient diagnosis and repair.
My elderly parents had a dishwasher issue and I called Kyle. He came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue in the same day. He is patient and explains what he is doing clearly.
I highly recommend Serenity Appliance.

Update: this was our second time calling serenity appliance for work. This time, he fixed our washer. Very professional and on time. Hopefully we won’t need to call you again anytime soon, but I know who we’ll use for any appliance repairs. Thanks again!!
Kyle came out quickly to diagnose and repair our dryer and also took the time to educate me about my options and best practices for our Samsung washer and dryer set. Thank you for all your help!

Kyle did an amazing job. He met me at the door and was very personable. He listened to my concerns, found the problem quickly, he called a few places who both said the part had to be ordered, and then drove to a thirs place to see if they had it in stock…he showed back up at my house 2 hours later with the replacment part and fixed the ice maker. Kyle was phenomenal.
