I had some off-and-on issues with my 20-year-old GE refrigerator. Scheduling with Serenity was easy, and they were good about appointment reminders and arrival times. Kyle was professional, friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable. He inspected my unit, confirmed its working status, and advised me on parts availability, longevity strategies, and replacement options. He clearly knew what he was talking about. I would definitely call him again if my refrigerator or other appliances had issues.

My elderly parents had a dishwasher issue and I called Kyle. He came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue in the same day. He is patient and explains what he is doing clearly.

He listened to my concerns, found the problem quickly, he called a few places who both said the part had to be ordered, and then drove to a thirs place to see if they had it in stock…he showed back up at my house 2 hours later with the replacment part and fixed the ice maker. Kyle was phenomenal.
