Hakeem was absolutely wonderful at getting the stuff we wanted for a great deal, he was so patient with us as we Penny pinched everything. I have absolutely love my experience with Hakeem! I highly recommend asking for him. Thank you for all you did Hakeem.

I bought furniture and had a great experience. I got a bedroom set and a dining room set. Both were in excellent condition, set up quickly by the delivery men and I was a happy camper. It seems like the negative reviews are from people being angry at things that just happen sometimes.

With all the horrendous reviews out there I wanted to provide a good one based upon my experience. Years ago I had purchased a Cindy Crawford sofa from RTG. No problems with delivery and it lasted almost 10 years. So when I needed a new sofa and bedroom furniture I went back. With all the delivery and damaged item reviews I was expecting a nightmare. However, I was pleasantly surprised. My delivery window was 2 to 6 PM. At about 10 to 3 I received a call from the driver that they would be here in 30 to 40 minutes. Sure enough about 45 minutes later they arrived. Not only did they move my old bedroom furniture to another room, they were professional, fast and cleaned all the paper/boxes up.m

We purchased 2 leather couches with Jeff **. He was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly! He did not waste our time with items we weren’t interested in. We expressed concerns about negative customer service issues we read online. Jeff took the time to explain that Rooms To Go has over a 92% customer satisfaction rate with the millions of dollars in sales they do yearly. Our couches were delivered in 2 days by Josh and Noah who moved part of an old couch out of the way and in an efficient manner assembled both couches while making sure not to damage our wood flooring! We are exceptionally satisfied with our Rooms To Go experience. Everything that was promised was delivered and we will recommend and use Rooms To Go in the future.

Cathy Johnson is the best!! From the moment I walked in the door she was friendly and courteous. We spent over an hour looking at merchandise and talking numbers. She was patient a d helpful. Then Phil, a manager, came to answer a few questions and he was phenomenal as well. I appreciated the service and laughs they provided as I nervously spent quite a few quarters on much needed new furniture.

We came in search of a couch or sectional and Blair was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was fun, informative, and let us take our time looking. The delivery experience was great as well.

Very nice facility. Clean, tidy, big selection. We found the perfect bed for our daughter for a reasonable price and the lady that helped us was super nice and informative. We bought a full size loft bed, bunk board, and mattress and they will put it together themselves when they deliver!

Our salesman, Jack, was the kindest, most pleasant, and most patient man ever! He really is the best. My hubby and I looked at several sets over and over and over, but he didn’t mind at all, and he let us take our time with each one to really decide what we wanted.
