Do not use! Employees are unreliable and do not show up for their scheduled shifts. Unable to provide replacement care when scheduled care giver is a no call no show for their shift. After a caregiver was an hour and a half late for their schedule shift I was told no one would be able to cover given the late hour and that the only thing they could do would be to send out a mass email. Do not use if you actually want someone to provide care for an elderly family member. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!

We have one caregiver who is reliable and skilled, however when she isn’t on schedule it is a coin toss if we get someone or even get notified that no one is coming. I have burned through an entire year of vacation because one of their caregivers didn’t show up and they couldn’t find another one.

Right at Home stayed with my mother for almost 3 weeks, and it was over $8,000.
We were advised not to leave things out where their employees would be tempted to abuse our trust. We didn’t, but this was a home that was being lived in, and we never considered that they would prowl through our personal things when we were napping. They stole everything they could carry out, purse, silver, cash off of my mother’s person while I went to the mail box, mother’s medications, they aren’t trained, they didn’t offer to make food for my mother, they let her go 3 days without bathing and personal hygiene, they didn’t bother to put away the dirty dishes they used for themselves, they don’t keep a daily log, one aide pulled her vehicle onto the patio to park and ran over and broke lawn furniture and didn’t bother to tell us but we were able to see the damage to her vehicle a couple of days later, etc…I reported them to the BBB which they were not a member of. They did have to answer my complaint, but it was only an apology, and they said they were going to monitor their employees more often. We did make a police report, and their manager accused us of taking some of the things. It all happened so fast that my mother died before we could terminate them. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!
Oh, btw….the manager was the rudest and most disrespectful business person that I have ever had to deal with.
Actually, one star was too good for them.
