We had a great experience with Restoration 1 and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing mitigation services. After dealing with a leak in the garage, I called late-ish on a Thursday and even still, the project manager, Jeff, made time to come out and assess and evaluate our situation. Then he, David, and Alex were back first thing Friday morning to get everything taken care of and the equipment set up to dry everything out. Everyone was extremely thorough, friendly and professional. When David and Alex came back to reassess and retrieve the equipment, they even got our garage door back on track when it wasn’t working quite right. This kind of situation is always a pain to deal with, but Restoration 1 and their team made it as painless as possible, and I can’t recommend them enough.
