We are a local business whose management and employees take pride in calling Mobile home. PuroClean Emergency Services provides 24-hour property emergency services including water and fire damage clean up, mold remediation services and biohazard services. In addition, our company offers odor control and carpet cleaning services.

PuroClean Emergency Services takes pride in working with insurance agents, adjusters and property owners simultaneously to ensure all property damage is thoroughly inspected and restored to meet and exceed expectations of all parties. It is our top priority to maintain the highest reputation with insurance representatives in Birmingham and surrounding North Central Alabama area so that we can add value in your restoration process and can be relied on to return all property back to pre-loss conditions. This relationship with insurance agents in the Mobile area means that claims are processed more quickly, and with fewer interruptions. We have relationships in Theodore, Pascagoula, Bay Minette, Semmes and throughout the Mobile region.

The difference in our office is that customer service is our number one focus. We operate with customers at the forefront to ensure their property and lives are restored to pre-loss condition as efficiently as possible. We are truly customer service focused and provide as much information to the customer about the process as possible. We find that making sure the customer understands what we are doing and why we are doing it helps lighten any emotions that he or she may be experiencing after property damage has occurred to their home or business.

We had a church with water damage after the freeze in January and lots of water damage had to be taken care of. The church members were very pleased with the service that was provided.

I am a Community Association Manager and used PuroClean to clean and sanitize a clubhouse after a break-in occurred. I cannot thank the whole team at PuroClean enough for their promptness, expertise, and communication, especially John Bullock and Rickey Looney. Every step of the process was seamless, and as a busy Manager, alleviated much of the legwork.
