Worked with Kevin to address a sagging in the garage door when open. He was communicative, timely, and extremely knowledgeable re: the necessary repair to remediate the issue. Can’t recommend Precision Door (and Kevin) enough – great, fast, thorough mechanical and customer service!
Absolutely great customer service and quality work from Daniel. I couldn’t be happier with how quickly our broken tension spring situation was diagnosed and repaired; within 2 days of having discovered a problem with our garage door operation, the underlying problem was determined and resolved. I can not say enough great things about this company. My technician Brent was a dream. He was on time and looked over everything about our garage door. He was patient with me when calling my husband about what he recommended for us and once we decided on what we wanted to do he was fast and efficient with his work. I never once felt pressured to upgrade or anything. He just wanted to give me all my options, which we appreciated. I highly recommend them and if all their technicians are like Brent you can not go wrong.

Our garage door needed some immediate repairs. After several phone calls and estimates, and a referral from a neighbor for this company, we decided on Precision Door Service. Our repair person, Isaiah Sellers, was great. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, very polite and easy to communicate with regarding the repair. The garage door is fixed and works great. Would definitely call this company in the future and ask for Isaiah.
