He came out himself to evaluate the problem personally and it was a lot worse than we realized. We had multiple rotten joist and a lot of mold and fungal growth rotting out our floors. They soda blasted the crawlspace and got rid of the mold, repaired all structural damage and then encapsulated our crawlspace! I can’t recommend Sawyer and his team enough! Great job guys!

No pressure sales pitch. After a few days of mulling it over we decided to go with Sawyer. He and his crew did not let us down! Communication was great. He and his crew were punctual and respectful. He has a great business philosophy!

Sawyer listened to our needs, confirmed the issues and didn’t try to oversell the project. Sawyer and the crew were efficient, neat and professional. Extra attention was paid to ensure our dogs were safe during the crawlspace encapsulation and not once did we find a gate unlatched. The project was finished ahead of schedule, with Sawyer returning the next morning for a final inspection. I wish every home repair transaction was this simple and positive! It’s hard to find integrity and PCR brought it.
