My firm is divided by practice groups. We have an extensive real estate closing practice and underwrite title insurance for Stewart Title and Mississippi Valley/Old Republic Title. I have on staff 2 closing secretaries as well as an in house title examiner.
I have an extensive practice in drafting wills, trusts and tax and estate planning with a particular focus on minimizing or avoiding the payment of estate taxes.
Another practice group focuses on medical collections. We represent Huntsville Hospital, Decatur General Hospital, Highlands Medical Center (formerly Jackson County Hospital), DCH to name a few.
We represent both creditors and debtors in Bankruptcy as well as have a general business practice providing advice on business entity selection and preparing the appropriate documents for said selection. We have provided business law services to firms as large as the Boeing Corporation to our small local businesses.
