“Jonathon was fantastic! My upstairs unit stopped working, and since there’s no one living up there right now it wasn’t urgent. That being said, he was there within a couple of days. He was very professional and polite. He did a full assessment and gave me a VERY informative run down of the problems and my options.
He could have very well told me that my unit was old and had to be replaced. And, that will be the case on day. But he told me what had failed and that he could fix those things. He’s not a fortune teller…so who knows how long this unit will last. All I know is that he had it back and running perfect quickly! And, it was a lot less than buying a new unit.
He truly cares about the customer and their needs. I won’t hesitate to call him again!

I am extremely impressed with Paradise Heating and Air. I was skeptical of filling out an online form for an appointment but was very pleased to get a response in minutes and service to my house within 2 hours of filling out the form. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and fixed our issue promptly. I highly recommend them!
