Dr. Elise Clem is the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time)!! She was very thorough, attentive, and very considerate of my needs. She was amazing at making me feel comfortable, she asked questions, and she walked me through every step before she proceeded with the next step. So glad people like this exist. I love this office so much! All of the doctors are absolutely amazing. Dr Acuff and Dr Tucker took amazing care of my son and I through out my pregnancy and my delivery process! I will defiantly be using them again with my next pregnancy! If anyone needs an OBGYN, I highly recommend this office!! Ignore all the bad reviews because honestly, none of that is true in the slightest!

I am so glad I chose this office! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff has been so kind while checking me in. The nurses that walked me back answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable since my first ever visit. I’ve seen Dr. Clem and Dr. McCain, they were both very professional and kind. They listened to all my concerns and made me feel like they truly cared about me. All of my experiences have been positive. I highly recommend this office for anyone that wants to feel like you’re genuinely cared about!

All the bad reviews I see about office staff being “rude” and “unprofessional” is ridiculous. If you’re late (or if it’s your first visit, not as early as the TWO text and TWO emails says), it’s your fault! Not theirs! Yes, it doesn’t take too long to complete your first visit paperwork but it takes time for ANY staff to create a profile. It’s the exact same policy as any other doctors office I’ve been to; have a card on file, arrive early (even if you fill the paperwork online), check in at the front desk. People love to blame others for their own mistakes on these reviews it seems!

Used OBGYN associates for my pregnancy as I was delivering at Madison Hospital and I was so pleased with my experience throughout! I never had an issue with the office staff throughout my visits. I saw 3 doctors during my pregnancy. Dr. Clem was so kind during one of my visits, and Dr. Purvis had wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Tucker was the doctor who delivered my baby and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He’s friendly, answered our questions thoroughly, and has a way to make you feel like you’ve been a patient of his for years. I look forward to using this practice from now on!
