Norton’s Florist – Main proudly serves the Birmingham, AL area. We are family owned and operated and committed to offering only the finest floral arrangements and gifts, backed by service that is friendly and prompt. Because all of our customers are important, our professional staff is dedicated to making your experience a pleasant one. That is why we always go the extra mile to make your floral gift perfect.

Our main shop is open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday and from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Sundays. Our branch stores are open from 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri. To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

I couldn’t have asked for better service, communication and product! They kept me apprised of every step in the process. I’ve never had that before from a florist. Plus the arrangement was stunning with a great price! Highly recommend! Especially since I live out of state!

I was really moved by your generosity and thoughtfulness that you showed to the Veterans in the VA hospital for Veterans Day. I saw where you guys hand delivered roses to every Veteran there. As a daughter of a Vet, sometimes I feel they are not shown enough for putting their life on
the line for their country. There are people like you that make America the greatest country in the world. God bless you and your business! Happy veterans Day!!!

I placed an order online on Friday morning for a Saturday delivery. I chose the window “anytime before 4pm” and this gorgeous arrangement was at my mother in law’s doorstep at 8:30 AM! What awesome service and beautiful flowers! The online ordering was super straightforward and user friendly. I also received an email update when it was delivered! Highly recommend this florist.
