The technicians from Norrell Service Experts showed up promptly when they said they would, and they gave my house a very thorough inspection. I could tell by their inspection report that they were highly knowledgeable and they explained the issue simply and clearly. Jarod Martin was especially professional, and I would recommend his services along with the services of any other Norrell technician to anybody needing HVAC repair or maintenance.

First time contacting and will be a lift time customer! Caleb and Talon came out for a pre-home buy inspection. They were exceedingly thorough, friendly, and professional! The photo documentation alone was above and beyond expectations. Then they sat with us and review every option from repairs to good, better and best replacements making sure we understood the impact of each and answered all of our questions and concerns. They were well versed in company services and warranties, expertly citing membership and advantage plan benefits.

Devon did an amazing job and went above and beyond on the work he did to install my water spigot. He was professional and had great communication skills. I had a bad experience with a different company earlier today and didn’t even bother dealing with them anymore. They came out and got the order completely wrong and wasted everyone’s time and weren’t even able to produce a date that they could come out. I called norrell and they were able to come out the same day and did a great job so I recommend using their services. The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient
