Our pre-con meeting went very well with Trenton and Nicholas. Looking forward to working with Larry as the building begins. Terrific team of people!

Jim is a an agent of great follow up, assistance in selling as well as available to deliver for a new or existing client. He builds rapport and instills transparent feedback. I recommend Jim for any agent to partner with for a new construction flawless experience.

This month, I purchased a Murphy Home. The process began for me during the Christmas season. From the day I visited the home to the day of closing, my experience with Murphy Homes was amazing. The customer service from all involved was top-notch! Specifically, I want to thank Mr. Jahmai Hodges, who is the current agent for the community in which I purchased my home. As he worked alongside my agent, I experienced top-notch customer service. Mr. Hodges was extremely nice, warm, welcoming, and overall quick in his communication and assistance regarding the purchase of my new home. One day during the buying process, I received a text from Mr. Hodges, showing that he placed the “SOLD” sign in the yard. It truly made my day. Also, I do not remember the gentleman’s name at the moment, but also, a huge thank you to the gentlemen at the first walk-through of my new build. In detail, he explained all of the features in my home, and how everything worked. An additional thank to the other gentleman who was alongside him, he explained more information to me at the final walk-through and handed over the keys to the home. The Murphy home was my first new build, and the entire experience was amazing for me. They’ve got to be the CFA of Homes in the North Alabama region (if you know, you know–as the social media gurus say, lol). The customer service truly is top notch.
Overall, if you are in search of a new Murphy Home, please contact Mr. Jahmai Hodges, he’ll happily get you squared away. Jahmai, thank you so much, for all of your assistance in the purchase of my new home. I’m in love with it and am looking forward to the years to come in my home.

We are in the process of building with Murphy Homes and working directly with Angie Yellig in our neighborhood. We have a lot of experience in this realm, and this is the team you want to work with. The quality of care blew us away. Such positive, communicative, committed people. All of our questions and concerns and dreams were addressed and blessed. Murphy Homes is that super hidden gem you need to come and find.
