Sent an email containing my issue and the model number of the appliance on a Saturday and got a prompt response with an estimated cost based on what she suspected the issue to be. Communication was excellent, she was correct in her preliminary diagnosis, she charged exactly what she said she would. My new go to for appliance repair.

We did some very basic diagnosis over email and she was able to drop by with the correct part and fix everything in about 20 minutes.
